BHAVADASAN, J.\n       =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                   B.A.No. 2205 of 2009\n       =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n           Dated this the 28th day of April, 2009\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This is an application filed under Section 439 of<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Procedure Code seeking bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Petitioners are accused 1 and 2 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.108\/2009 of Yeroor Police Station for the offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 452, 324, 326 read with section<\/p>\n<p>34 IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. The facts are stated in the order of the court below,<\/p>\n<p>which is appended to this petition. Considering the nature<\/p>\n<p>of injury and also the fact that        a good part of the<\/p>\n<p>investigation is over, bail needs to be granted.<\/p>\n<p>      4.
