NO. 6111 OF 2009 H\n                 --------------------------------------\n                 Dated this the 2nd March, 2009\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner availed an educational loan from the fourth<\/p>\n<p>respondent Bank. According to him, because of huge liability,<\/p>\n<p>he defaulted repayment.       It is stated that the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>working abroad and now he is having no job. Recovery steps<\/p>\n<p>have been taken.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader and the learned standing counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>for the fourth respondent Bank. Having considered the case, the<\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition is disposed of directing that recovery steps will be<\/p>\n<p>kept in abeyance on condition that the petitioner pay off the<\/p>\n<p>entire amount with due interest in seven equal monthly<\/p>\n<p>instalments, the first of which shall be payable on or before<\/p>\n<p>25.03.2009 and the further instalments on or before the 25th of<\/p>\n<p>every succeeding month. If the petitioner does not pay any<\/p>\n<p>single instalment, he will lose the benefit of this Judgment and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC.6111\/09 H                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>coercive steps can go on. I also make it clear that if the matter<\/p>\n<p>has not progressed beyond Exts.P2 and P3 notices, no collection<\/p>\n<p>charges need be paid by the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                         Sd\/=<br \/>\n                                    K.
