Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :28\/06\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                   R.BASANT, J\n\n                         ------------------------------------\n\n                           Crl.M.C.No.2069 of 2007\n\n                         -------------------------------------\n\n                    Dated this the 28th  day of June, 2007\n\n\n                                    O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>         The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the learned Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor   does not raise any  objections and I am satisfied that the<\/p>\n<p>condition imposed on  the petitioner  who faces  allegations,  inter  alia,<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 26 and 29 of the Arms Act, when he was released on<\/p>\n<p>bail   as   per   order   dated   26.02.2007   that   he   must   appear   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Investigating Officer on all Wednesdays can now be deleted.  All other<\/p>\n<p>conditions shall continue  to remain in force.\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.
