(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             It is contention of the petitioners that they solemnized<\/p>\n<p>marriage, as per the ceremonies prevalent in their personal law, on 5.7.2009.<\/p>\n<p>They moved an application to get their marriage registered, under the<\/p>\n<p>provisions of the Haryana Compulsory Registration of Marriage Act, 2008,<\/p>\n<p>on 30.7.2009. Nothing has been done by the Registrar. That application is<\/p>\n<p>still pending before respondent No.3. He has not passed any order either<\/p>\n<p>ordering registration or rejecting application of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>             Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners wants to<\/p>\n<p>go to the United Kingdom and non-registration of their marriage is delaying<\/p>\n<p>the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>             In view of facts mentioned above, this writ petition is disposed<\/p>\n<p>of by issuing directions to respondent No.3 to take up and decide<\/p>\n<p>application of the petitioners, as per law, within a period of ten days from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
