No.40397 of 2010\n                               RAM JAPAN CHAUDHARY\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      28.03.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 A single injury though caused by garasa is found simple<\/p>\n<p>                     as submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking that into consideration, prayer of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 85 of 2010 above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of C.J.M., Darbhanga subject to the conditions as<\/p>\n<p>                     laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
