Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :13\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        V.GIRI, J\n                      -------------------\n                  W.P.(C).33409\/2008\n                      --------------------\n     Dated this the 13th day of November, 2008\n\n                      JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner, a stage carriage operator on a regular<\/p>\n<p>permit   on the route Kuttiadi-Thrissur, alleges that<\/p>\n<p>the fourth respondent, another operator on the same<\/p>\n<p>route,   has been operating on a deviated          route,<\/p>\n<p>without sanction of the RTA.              In other words,<\/p>\n<p>allegation is that the operation of the service of the<\/p>\n<p>fourth respondent is in violation of the permit<\/p>\n<p>conditions. He has filed Exts.P3 and P4 objections in<\/p>\n<p>this regard before the RTA. Obviously, no operator<\/p>\n<p>can operate a service except on the route which is<\/p>\n<p>permitted by the competent authority.<\/p>\n<p>     In the result,       writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the first respondent to forward Ext.P3 to the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent within two weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment.
