R. Bhave, learned Senior Counsel with Shri Bhanu\nPratap Yadav for the petitioner.\n       Shri Prashant Singh learned counsel for respondent no.2.<\/pre>\n<p>       Shri A. K. Jain, learned counsel for respondent no.17.<br \/>\n       The petitioner has filed this review petition stating that the<br \/>\nrespondent authorities are interpreting the order passed by this<br \/>\nCourt as an order permitting them to directly allot plots in ignorance<br \/>\nof the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P<br \/>\nNo.868\/1994 in para-15.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The respondents have entered appearance and submitted<br \/>\nthat the apprehension expressed by the petitioner is misplaced and<br \/>\nmisconceived as the notices have been issued in accordance with<br \/>\nthe directions issued by the Division Bench in para-15 and the<br \/>\nrespondent authorities would strictly comply with the directions<br \/>\nissued by the Division Bench, enter into negotiation and only<br \/>\nthereafter finalize the list of allottees as directed by the Division<br \/>\nBench.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In the circumstances, while no modification or review of the<br \/>\norder passed by this Court in W.P No.2731\/2007 is called for, the<br \/>\npetition is disposed of with a further direction that the J.D.A shall<br \/>\ntreat the notices challenged in the original petition as notices for<br \/>\nnegotiation as directed by the Division Bench in para-15 and the<br \/>\nnotices shall be dealt with and processed by the authority keeping<br \/>\nthe directions and guidelines issued by the Division Bench in mind<br \/>\nspecifically the undermentioned part of para-15 which reads as<br \/>\nunder:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             &#8220;Purchasers from society, have a right to<br \/>\n      claim damages from the housing society and the<br \/>\n      office bearers of the housing society are also<br \/>\n      liable for prosecution as they have cheated the<br \/>\n      public at large. Jabalpur Development Authority is<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        directed to take steps to redeem its property. It<br \/>\n        may hold negotiations for transfer of lands with<br \/>\n        the persons in possession of the property who<br \/>\n        have purchased the property from said housing<br \/>\n        society on the terms and conditions as per rule 5<br \/>\n        and section 58 of the Adhiniyam and settle the<br \/>\n        rights with the residents. However, no right will<br \/>\n        be conferred upon the purchaser who has<br \/>\n        purchased the property after the stay of sale by<br \/>\n        this Court on 28.2.05.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>        It is further made clear that the J.D.A shall, in accordance<br \/>\nwith para-15 of the Division Bench directions, enter into negotiation<br \/>\nwith any person who comes within the sweep of the directions<br \/>\nissued by the Division Bench in W.P No.868\/1994 but has been left<br \/>\nout.\n<\/p>\n<p>        It is further directed that the period of four months, granted<br \/>\nby this Court for compliance of the direction issued in the original<br \/>\nwrit petition i.e. W.P No.2731\/2007, shall stand extended by a<br \/>\nfurther period of four months from the date of furnishing a copy of<br \/>\nthe order passed today.\n<\/p>\n<p>        With the aforesaid observation the review petition stands<br \/>\ndisposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>        C.C as per rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                 ( R.
