Medical Superintendent &amp; PIO\n                                            Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital,\n                                            Office of the Medical Superintendent\n                                            Hari Nagar, Establishment Section,\n                                            New Delhi-110084\n\n\nFacts<\/pre>\n<p> arising from the Complaint:\n<\/p>\n<p>        Mr. Suresh Kumar Raghav had filed a RTI application with the Public<br \/>\nInformation Officer, Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, Office of the Medical<br \/>\nSuperintendent, Hari Nagar, Establishment Section, New Delhi on 22\/10\/2008 asking for<br \/>\ncertain information. Since no reply was received within the mandated time of 30 days, he<br \/>\nfiled a complaint under Section 18 of the RTI Act to the Commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Commission issued a notice to both the parties on 11\/02\/2009 asking them to<br \/>\nappear before the Commission. The Complaint was decided on 19\/03\/2009 and the<br \/>\nRespondent was asked to supply the information before 10\/04\/2009 and sought an<br \/>\nexplanation for not furnishing the information within the mandated time. The PIO has<br \/>\ninformed the Commission vide copy of letter dated 26\/06\/2009 addressed to the<br \/>\nComplainant that the information is being sent to the Complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Complaint is disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO is guilty of not furnishing the information within the time specified under sub-<br \/>\nsection (1) of Section 7 by not replying within 30 days, as per the requirement of the RTI<br \/>\nAct.
