Masharak, District Saran.\n                                                                                -------Petitioner\n                                                      Versus\n                    The State Of Bihar\n                                                                          -----Opposite Party\n                                                    ------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   20\/10\/2011                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                         learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                       The petitioner apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                         connection with a case registered for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                         punishable under Sections 342, 323, 498(A), 307 and<\/p>\n<p>                         326 of the Indian Penal Code and \u00be of the Dowry<\/p>\n<p>                         Prohibition Act, is one of the named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                         being husband of the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Submission is that the parties have already<\/p>\n<p>                         resolved the controversy and ultimately relationship has<\/p>\n<p>                         also been dissolved and the informant has also re-<\/p>\n<p>                         married with another person. Taking into consideration<\/p>\n<p>                         all such aspect and two other co-accused have already<\/p>\n<p>                         been granted the privilege by a Bench of this Court vide<\/p>\n<p>                         order dated 25.03.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                         5069\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       In view of the above, in the event of his<br \/>\n             arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>            weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail<\/p>\n<p>            on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>            only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>            satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at<\/p>\n<p>            Chapra, in connection with Masarakh P.S.
