THE ADDITIONAL DISTRICT MAGISTRATE, PATNA\n  ..........................................................................................RESPONDENTS\n                              *********\n<\/pre>\n<p>3    09\/12\/2010             The petitioner was appointed on daily wages in<\/p>\n<p>                  the Nalanda Medical College Hospital on the post of IVth<\/p>\n<p>                  Grade Peon.
