Justice M.SASIDHARAN NAMBIAR\n\n Dated :13\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n          M.SASIDHARAN NAMBIAR,J.\n\n           ---------------------------------------------\n              W.P.C.NO.27419 OF 2004\n           ---------------------------------------------\n           Dated 13th          September, 2010\n\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>          Petition is filed by the wife of<\/p>\n<p>fourth  respondent            under          Article      226   of<\/p>\n<p>Constitution     of        India          for         a  writ  of<\/p>\n<p>mandamus to direct Superintendent of Police<\/p>\n<p>and Director General of Police to conduct<\/p>\n<p>investigation on Ext.P9 complaint and a<\/p>\n<p>further  direction               to        investigate        the<\/p>\n<p>offence of     fabrication of birth register<\/p>\n<p>of the child born to one Manju.<\/p>\n<p>       2.     Learned             counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>the    petitioner           and        learned          Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader were heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3. As held by the Apex Court in<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1836621\/\">Sakiri Vasu v.
