BASANT, J.\n\n                             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                             Crl.M.C.No. 138  of   2007\n\n                             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                     Dated this the 24th  day of   January, 2007\n\n\n                                          O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The     learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   prays,     the   learned   Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor   does   not   oppose   the   said   prayer   and   I   am   satisfied   that   the<\/p>\n<p>condition  imposed  on  the petitioners,  (who face  allegations  under Section<\/p>\n<p>308 I.P.C.)  when they were released on bail as per order dt. 4.12.2006 that<\/p>\n<p>they   must   report   before   the   Investigating   Officer   on   all   Wednesdays<\/p>\n<p>between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., can now be modified.  It is too early to delete<\/p>\n<p>them altogether at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.  This Crl.M.C. is allowed in part.  It is directed that the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>need appear before the Investigating  Officer hereafter between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>10 a.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of all English Calender Months<\/p>\n<p>until further orders.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                (R.
