Heard           Shri    Rakesh     Kumar,     learned<\/p>\n<p>                    counsel        for        the     petitioner       and     Smt.<\/p>\n<p>                    Parinita Raj, learned A.C. to G.P.7.<\/p>\n<p>                              The        petitioner,        who    retired      with<\/p>\n<p>                    effect    from        30.11.2010        as    Revenue     Halka<\/p>\n<p>                    Karamchari          from     Circle       Office    Dhanarua,<\/p>\n<p>                    Patna,        has     prayed        for       directing      the<\/p>\n<p>                    respondents to clear his retiral dues. The<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner          has    also    filed      representation<\/p>\n<p>                    before    respondent             no.5   for    clearing     the<\/p>\n<p>                    dues. However, till date, no decision has<\/p>\n<p>                    been taken.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The writ petition is being disposed<\/p>\n<p>                    of granting liberty to the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>                    file      a         fresh        representation           before<\/p>\n<p>                    respondent nos.3 and 5 within a period of<\/p>\n<p>                    six      weeks            from      today.         If      such<\/p>\n<p>                    representation              is      filed,         both     the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        respondents       are       required     to    examine        the<\/p>\n<p>        same     and      pass           appropriate     order         in<\/p>\n<p>        accordance        with            law   redressing            the<\/p>\n<p>        grievances       of        the     petitioner        within     a<\/p>\n<p>        period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>        filing    of    such        representation.          Both     the<\/p>\n<p>        respondents are further directed to clear<\/p>\n<p>        all    the     admitted           retiral     dues     of     the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner within aforesaid time.
