GOPAL KUWAR\n                             ------------------------------ PETITIONERS\n                                                Versus\n                                       STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   26.10.2010             Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                           The       submission       of     learned       counsel   for<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioners is that land dispute was there<\/p>\n<p>                 in between the parties. There was free fighting,<\/p>\n<p>                 persons     from       petitioners&#8217;         side    also     received<\/p>\n<p>                 injuries and none of the injuries to any of the<\/p>\n<p>                 members        of     the        informant        party     justifies<\/p>\n<p>                 intention to kill as all the injuries are found<\/p>\n<p>                 simple in nature. Theft is ornamental. So there<\/p>\n<p>                 is no recovery of any of the stolen articles and<\/p>\n<p>                 abuse     in        name    of     caste     is     vague     without<\/p>\n<p>                 specifying person who really abused in name of<\/p>\n<p>                 informant&#8217;s caste.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Thus,        having      regard     to    the    facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances          of   the     case,     in    the     event   of<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                 date of communication of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioners shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing          bail     bond      of     Rs.     10,000\/-(ten<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     thousand) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>     amount   each   to   the   satisfaction     of    Chief<\/p>\n<p>     Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Simri P.S.
