RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                   BAIL APPLICATION NO. 355 OF 2007\n\n                - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n             DATED THIS THE 2nd DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2007\n\n\n                                        O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioners, who are brothers and who are the brothers-in-law of<\/p>\n<p>one  Unni who is  the  brother   of  the  de  facto  complainant  and who   is<\/p>\n<p>allegedly   missing   since   5.1.2007,   seeks   anticipatory   bail   on   the<\/p>\n<p>allegation that they are apprehending arrest by the Kaliyar Police who<\/p>\n<p>have   registered   a   case   as   Crime   No.5\/07   for   an   offence   punishable<\/p>\n<p>under section 365 read with section 34 IPC.<\/p>\n<p>       2.      Learned   Public   Prosecutor   on   instructions   submitted   that<\/p>\n<p>even   though   the   petitioners   are   arrayed   as   accused   1   and   2   in   the<\/p>\n<p>above crime, the investigation could not be proceeded with, since the<\/p>\n<p>whereabouts  of the missing person are still unknown to the Police.  If<\/p>\n<p>so,   the   apprehension   of   arrest   and   harassment   entertained   by   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners appears to be well founded.  Hence, I am inclined to grant<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail to the petitioners.    Accordingly, a direction is issued<\/p>\n<p>to   the   officer-in-charge   of   the   police   station   concerned   to   release<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   on   bail   for   a   period   of   one   month     in   the   event   of   their<\/p>\n<p>arrest in connection with the above case on each of them executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond   for   Rs.10,000\/-   with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for   the   like<\/p>\n<p>amount   to   the   satisfaction   of   the   said   officer   and   subject   to   the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>B.A.NO.355\/06                          Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>                 1.       Petitioners   shall   report   before   the   Investigating<\/p>\n<p>                 Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<p>                 2.     Petitioners   shall   make     themselves   available   for<\/p>\n<p>                 interrogation as and when  required by the  Investigating<\/p>\n<p>                 Officer.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                 3.       Petitioners   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the<\/p>\n<p>                 prosecution   witnesses   nor   shall   they   attempt   to   tamper<\/p>\n<p>                 with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                 4.       Petitioners   shall   not   commit   any   offence   while   on<\/p>\n<p>                 bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                 5.
