After transferring, no reply came from<br \/>\n     the PIO<\/p>\n<p>     Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):<br \/>\n     Not enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p> Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>No answers given by the PIOs.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant : Mr. Jawahar Singh;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. K. C. Meena, Public Information Officer &amp; Superintendent Engineer &#8211; II;\n<\/p>\n<p>       From the discussion before the Commission it appears that the location of the road for which<br \/>\nthe Appellant wanted information was not clearly defined in the application. The Appellant and the<br \/>\nRespondent after discussions identified the road for which the information was required which is in<br \/>\nChanakya Place. With regards to the other queries also it emerges that there is some lack of<br \/>\nunderstanding about the specific places for which the Appellant is seeking information.\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appellant is willing to inspect the relevant area and explain the location for which he wants<br \/>\ninformation. The Commission therefore directs that the PIO and the Appellant to do a joint inspection<br \/>\nof the area on 27\/12\/2010 at 10.00AM at Bindapur, Pocket-IV Community Hall. The PIO will now<br \/>\nprovide the information if it relates to his office or transfer the RTI application to the appropriate PIOs.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The PIO is directed to give the information as directed above or transfer the RTI<br \/>\napplication to the appropriate PIOs before 10 January 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO will also conduct a joint inspection on 27\/12\/2010 at 10.00AM as directed<br \/>\nabove to identify the exact location for which the information is required. The PIO will<br \/>\ngive then provide the information to the Appellant before 10 January 2011.
