Dularchand Mahto, son of Late Naga Mahto,\n                      All are resident of village - Jogi Tola, P.S. - Barauli,\n                      District - Gopalganj.\n                                                              ----- Petitioners.\n                                   Versus\n                The State Of Bihar                        ----Opposite Party\n                                    ******\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   18.07.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 168\/2010 for<\/p>\n<p>                   the offences under Sections 304B\/201\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                   Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The three petitioners are named accused<\/p>\n<p>                   being in-laws of the deceased daughter of            the<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant who as stated lost her life under some<\/p>\n<p>                   suspicious circumstance within three years of her<\/p>\n<p>                   marriage having one male child aged about 1 \u00bd years.<\/p>\n<p>                   There is general allegation against the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                   Furthermore, the informant appears giving clean chit<\/p>\n<p>                   to them by filing an application of compromise.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, on the event of the informant and her<\/p>\n<p>                   husband appearing as witnesses supporting the<\/p>\n<p>                   contents made in the compromise petition and also<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          husband of the informant stood as one of the bailors,<\/p>\n<p>          and in the event of their arrest or surrender within a<\/p>\n<p>          period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioners<\/p>\n<p>          be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>          Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two<\/p>\n<p>          sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>          Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection<\/p>\n<p>          with Barauli P.S.
