No.3468 of 2011\n                                        SHIVADHAR SINGH\n                                                 Versus\n                                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02        16.03.2011           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                      Taking into consideration that having more or less<\/p>\n<p>                       similar allegation two co-accused persons have already been<\/p>\n<p>                       granted privilege of bail by another Bench of this Court and<\/p>\n<p>                       furthermore, the petitioner does not have any criminal<\/p>\n<p>                       antecedent though it is alleged that 18 Kg. Ganja was recovered<\/p>\n<p>                       from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                       released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten<\/p>\n<p>                       Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                       satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum Special Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                       Patna in connection with Special Case No. 07 of 2010 arising<\/p>\n<p>                       out of Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 105 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                      It is made clear that the conditions imposed upon<\/p>\n<p>                       co-accused Ajit Kumar Singh vide order dated 27.09.2010<\/p>\n<p>                       passed in Cr. Misc.
