Katra, Distt. - Muzaffarpur.\n                                                                         ------------ Petitioner.\n                                                    Versus\n                   The State of Bihar                                 ----Opposite Party\n                                                  *********\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   20.10.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                        learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioner, apprehends his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                        connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 112\/2010 for<\/p>\n<p>                        offences under Sections 376\/511 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                        Code, is solitary named accused in this case with<\/p>\n<p>                        allegation of making an unsuccessful attempt to<\/p>\n<p>                        commit rape upon informant&#8217;s daughter after dragging<\/p>\n<p>                        her towards some secret place.
