Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :26\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                            KURIAN JOSEPH J.\n                 ----------------------------------------------\n               Writ Petition (Civil) No.12768 of 2004\n                 ----------------------------------------------\n                    Dated 26th November, 2007.\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>              The writ petition is filed mainly with the following<\/p>\n<p>prayers :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           (i)    &#8220;To issue a writ of mandamus and other appropriate writ,<br \/>\n           order or direction, commanding and compelling the 2nd respondent<br \/>\n           to regularise the petitioners&#8217; service;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           (ii)   To issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate writ, order or<br \/>\n           direction commanding and compelling the 1st respondent to take<br \/>\n           all appropriate steps and to see that the petitioners are regularised<br \/>\n           by the 2nd respondent.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It is for the petitioners to approach the first respondent, in which<\/p>\n<p>case, the matter will be duly examined by the said respondent<\/p>\n<p>with notice to the first two petitioners as representatives of the<\/p>\n<p>rest   of    the   petitioners,    and     the   second    respondent and<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders in accordance with law will be passed within<\/p>\n<p>another four months.\n<\/p>\n<p>              The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                               KURIAN JOSEPH, JUDGE.\n<\/p>\n<p>tgs<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Sasidharan.
