RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~\n                    B.A. No. 6486 OF 2010\n               ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~\n              Dated: 22nd day of October, 2010\n\n                              ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners, who are accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.11\/2010 of Manjeshwar Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 365 and 308 read<\/p>\n<p>with 149 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.    But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>8.11.2010 or on 9.11.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<\/p>\n<p>recovery of incriminating material, if any.
