The entire<br \/>\nfamily of the convict is dependent on the income generated out of<br \/>\nagricultural operations.  In support of the application he has<br \/>\nproduced Village Form 7\/12.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr.Kartik Pandya,  learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of rule on  behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe learned<br \/>\nAPP has invited attention of the Court to the Jail remarks.  The<br \/>\nconvict has undergone 5 years, 5 months and 1 day as on 6th<br \/>\nMay 2011.  Nothing adverse is noticed from the Jail remarks.  He had<br \/>\nenjoyed furlough on two occasions, initially in October 2010 and<br \/>\nlater  in February\/  March 2010.  Every time he had reported in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tFor the<br \/>\ncontents of the application, the same is allowed. The convict is<br \/>\nordered to be released on  temporary bail for a period of 45<br \/>\n(forty five) days from the date of his release on his<br \/>\nexecuting a personal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees five thousand only) to<br \/>\nthe satisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe convict<br \/>\nshall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nabove temporary bail period.\tThe application is allowed.  \tRule is<br \/>\nmade absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAVI<br \/>\nR.
