In the circumstances, it would be just and fair if fresh<br \/>\nnotice of rule is issued qua opponent Nos.1 to 10, the original<br \/>\npetitioners, and the applicant is directed to effect service on the<br \/>\noriginal petitioners and not the Power of Attorney holder.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nfresh notice of RULE returnable on 30.04.2010 qua opponent Nos.1 to<br \/>\n10 only. Direct service permitted, subject to the applicant effecting<br \/>\nservice only on the original petitioners and not the Power of<br \/>\nAttorney holder&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate for the applicant fairly states that the direct service<br \/>\n\tpacket was handed over to the applicant but thereafter, there are no<br \/>\n\tinstructions as to whether the service has been effected on the<br \/>\n\toriginal petitioners or not.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tthe circumstances, without going into the merits of the issue<br \/>\n\traised, the applications are rejected leaving it open to the<br \/>\n\tapplicants to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.<br \/>\n\tThe applications are rejected.
