There is no appearance for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent\/claimant. It is brought to our notice that this court<\/p>\n<p>by common judgment in L.A.A. No.1098,487 &amp; 478\/1997 dated<\/p>\n<p>21\/1\/2003 set aside the judgment pertaining to other three cases<\/p>\n<p>which were also decided under the impugned common judgment<\/p>\n<p>and remanded the LAR cases back to the Reference Court. In<\/p>\n<p>view of that judgment, we set aside the impugned judgment and<\/p>\n<p>remand L.A.R. No.280\/91 to the Sub Court, Mavelikara.
