Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                  for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The case arises out of a complaint in which cognizance<\/p>\n<p>                  has been taken for the offence under sections 406, 420 and 504 of<\/p>\n<p>                  the Indian Penal Code and section \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act.<\/p>\n<p>                               As per the complaint, it is alleged that there was<\/p>\n<p>                  negotiation for marriage between the daughter of the complainant<\/p>\n<p>                  and the petitioner and a sum of Rs.1,35.000\/- was given by the<\/p>\n<p>                  complainant to the petitioner and his family members but<\/p>\n<p>                  subsequently a demand of Rs.1,00,000\/- was also made and, thus,<\/p>\n<p>                  due to non-fulfillment of said demand of additional amount, the<\/p>\n<p>                  marriage could not be performed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that<\/p>\n<p>                  the entire allegation is based on oral accusation and there is no<\/p>\n<p>                  documentary evidence to support the allegation of payment of any<\/p>\n<p>                  amount to the petitioner by the complainant. It is also submitted that<\/p>\n<p>                  though there was negotiation of marriage but for some or the other<\/p>\n<p>                  reasons negotiation failed and the present complaint has been<\/p>\n<p>                  instituted with oblique motive.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions<\/p>\n<p>                  advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, namely, Jeelani<\/p>\n<p>                  Idrisi in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                  within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        order be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five<\/p>\n<p>        thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>        satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Complaint Case No.30 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
