(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             After examining all pros and cons of the case, this<\/p>\n<p>application under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 CPC was<\/p>\n<p>allowed. No doubt the respondents could claim the amendment of<\/p>\n<p>the plaint, earlier, yet the same can not be declined merely on the<\/p>\n<p>ground of delay.
