By placing reliance upon recovery memo.<br \/>\ncounsel for the petitioner has stated that total<br \/>\nrecovery from the petitioner is 35 killo 750 grams of<br \/>\npoppy husk, He has placed on record photostat copy of<br \/>\nrecovery memo in vernacular, authenticity  of which has<br \/>\nnot been denied by counsel appearing for the State. he<br \/>\nhas, however, stated that there was some mistake in<br \/>\npreparing recovery memo as instead of mentioning that<br \/>\n19 Kilo 750 grams of poppy husk was recovered from<br \/>\neach, it has inadvertently been mentioned that 19 kilo<br \/>\nand 750 grams of poppy husk was recovered that there<br \/>\nexists non-compliance with the provisions of Section 50<br \/>\nand 52-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic<br \/>\nSubstances Act, 1985.\n<\/p>\n<p> 2.<br \/>\nWithout expressing any opinion on merits of the<br \/>\ncase and without going into controversy whether recovery<br \/>\nwas 75 kilograms or 35 Kilo 750 grams as mentioned in<br \/>\nrecovery memo, petitioner is enlarged on bail to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of trial court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Punjab-Haryana High Court Jaswinder Singh Alias Shinda Son &#8230; vs State Of Punjab on 20 January, 2003 Author: J Singh Bench: J Singh ORDER Jasbir Singh, J. 1.
