K.S.RADHAKRISHNAN)<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to give<br \/>\ndirections to the applicants-students who have just completed the<br \/>\ncourse to pay the balance amount of Rs.86,250\/- on or before 15th<br \/>\nNovember, 2008 with the Registry of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSo<br \/>\nfar as the applicants-students who are in the last year and third<br \/>\nyear of their studies are concerned, they are directed to deposit<br \/>\nRs.1,00,000\/-towards the remaining fees  with the Registry of this<br \/>\nCourt on or before 15th November, 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPost<br \/>\nthe matter on 17th November, 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>    (K.S.
