The<\/p>\n<p>acquisition is for the purpose of NH Bye-pass at Calicut.     The<\/p>\n<p>property is situated on the side of T.P.Kumaran Nair Road. It is<\/p>\n<p>brought to our notice that in several cases this court has<\/p>\n<p>sustained the land value at Rs.14,000\/- for garden land and<\/p>\n<p>Rs.32,000\/- for wet land.
