Code for which FIR being<br \/>\nC.R.No. I-272 of 2010 registered with Sabarmati Police Station.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tLearned<br \/>\nAdvocate Mr. C.B.Raval submitted that the applicants are the females\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; mother-in-law and sister-in-law. He submitted that the primus had<br \/>\nburst resulting in the accident and therefore she was shifted to the<br \/>\nhospital. He further submitted that at the most it is a case<br \/>\nregarding driving the deceased to commit suicide as she was not<br \/>\nbearing a male child. He submitted that considering the fact that the<br \/>\ncharge-sheet is filed and the applicants are females, present<br \/>\napplication may be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP Ms.ML Shah resisted the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned Advocate Mr. Raval for the applicants as well as<br \/>\nlearned APP Ms. Shah and having considered the nature of offence, the<br \/>\nmanner in which it is alleged to have been committed and role<br \/>\nattributed, without any further elaboration, the present application<br \/>\ndeserves to be allowed only on the grounds that the applicants are<br \/>\nfemales and the charge-sheet is filed subject<br \/>\nto the conditions hereinafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6.\tAccordingly,<br \/>\n\tpresent application stands allowed. The applicants are ordered to be<br \/>\n\treleased on regular bail in connection with the F.I.R. being C.R.No.<br \/>\n\tI-272 of 2010 registered with Sabarmati Police Station, on their<br \/>\n\texecuting a bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with one<br \/>\n\tsolvent surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the lower<br \/>\n\tCourt and subject to the conditions that they shall:\n<\/p>\n<p>(a)\tnot<br \/>\ntake undue advantage of their liberty or abuse their liberty.\n<\/p>\n<p>(b)\tnot<br \/>\nto try to tamper or pressurize the prosecution witnesses or<br \/>\ncomplainant in any manner.\n<\/p>\n<p>(c)\tnot<br \/>\nact in any manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>(d)\tmaintain<br \/>\nlaw and order and should cooperate with the investigating officers.\n<\/p>\n<p>(e)\tfurnish<br \/>\nthe address of their residence to the Investigating Officer and also<br \/>\nto the Court at the time of execution of the bond and shall not<br \/>\nchange their residence without prior permission of the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>(f)\tsurrender<br \/>\ntheir passport, if any, to the lower Court, within a week.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tIf<br \/>\n\tbreach of any of the above conditions is committed, the concerned<br \/>\n\tSessions Judge will be  free to issue warrant or take appropriate<br \/>\n\taction in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>8.\tBail<br \/>\n\tbefore the lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case. It would<br \/>\n\tbe open to the trial Court concerned to give time to furnish the<br \/>\n\tsolvency certificate if prayed for.\n<\/p>\n<p>9.\tRule<br \/>\n\tis made absolute to the aforesaid   extent.
