Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n<\/p>\n<p>                                        ****<\/p>\n<p>AJAY TEWARI, J.(ORAL)<\/p>\n<p>              This is an appeal filed against the judgment and decree of the Courts<\/p>\n<p>below dismissing the suit of the appellants challenging the sale deed made by the<\/p>\n<p>father of the appellants. Both the Courts have found as a matter of fact that the<\/p>\n<p>appellants were not able to show that the property sold by their father had come to<\/p>\n<p>him from his great grandfather. On this ground both the Courts below held that<\/p>\n<p>the property was not proved to be ancestral and further, that it cannot be said that<\/p>\n<p>there was no legal necessity for the sale thereof.<\/p>\n<p>              Learned counsel for the appellants has not been able to show to this<\/p>\n<p>Court that the property sold by Hukam Chand had been inherited by him from his<\/p>\n<p>great grandfather.\n<\/p>\n<p>              In view of the discussion made above, I hold that the questions of<\/p>\n<p>law proposed in this appeal do not arise and dismiss the same.
