Details of arrangement made for request for obtaining information through electronic\n          means as being one of the modes given in Section 6(1) of the RTI Act.\n   3.     Copy of Transaction of Business Rules to deal with powers of the Central\n          Government delegated to the Delhi Govt.\n   4.     Name the authority like the LG or cabinet or Chief Minister or Minister in charge of\n          the subject matter or the bureaucrats exercising the powers in specific matters.\n   5.     The procedure through which the exercise of the power is to be supervised and\n          controlled by the Central Government.\n\nPIO's Reply:\n\"the reply\/ information pertaining to this department is as under\n    2.      A request for obtaining information may be sent at e-mail address of the PIO i.e\n            pioser.delhi@nic.in.\n\n   Rest of the points pertains to multiple public authorities.
