No.35776\/2009-N\n                ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n          Dated this the 15th day of December, 2009\n\n                      J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The petitioner is the Manager of an aided school,<\/p>\n<p>namely,  St.John&#8217;s  Vocational   Higher  Secondary  School,<\/p>\n<p>Ummannoor, Kottarakkara.   He is conducting the Vocational<\/p>\n<p>Higher  Secondary  School  in   the  school  campus.    The<\/p>\n<p>establishment of the High School for the year 2008-09 was<\/p>\n<p>fixed by the District Educational Officer as per Ext.P1,<\/p>\n<p>after  physical  verification.     No  new  divisions  were<\/p>\n<p>sanctioned.   The Super Check Cell conducted a visit on<\/p>\n<p>20\/09\/2008 and found that the staff strength fixed by the<\/p>\n<p>District  Educational  Officer  was   not  correct.    They<\/p>\n<p>conducted a further verification also, after verifying the<\/p>\n<p>explanation submitted by the Headmaster.     Ext.P2 is the<\/p>\n<p>showcause notice, which was replied duly by Exts.P3 and P4.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, by Ext.P5, the Director of Public Instruction<\/p>\n<p>ordered abolition of one post of U.P.S.A, one post of H.S.A<\/p>\n<p>(Core subject), one post of H.S.A (Malayalam) and one post<\/p>\n<p>of L.G.(Hindi).   Apart from the same, the post of sewing<\/p>\n<p>teacher has also been abolished.    Aggrieved by the same,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner   has  filed  revision  petition  before the<\/p>\n<p>Government as per Ext.P6.  It is submitted that expeditious<\/p>\n<p>steps may be taken to dispose of the revision petition, as<\/p>\n<p>the delay therein will affect the rights of the parties.<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C). No.35776\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     2.      The learned Government Pleader on instructions<\/p>\n<p>submitted that the revision petition has been received and<\/p>\n<p>is pending.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.      There will be a direction to the first respondent<\/p>\n<p>to take a decision on Ext.P6 after hearing the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and necessary parties within a period of three months from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.        Pending<\/p>\n<p>the same, no coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P5 shall be<\/p>\n<p>taken against the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The writ petition is disposed of as above.
