No.6275\/2008-V\n                     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n                   Dated this the 24th day of June, 2009\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioner herein is working as Upper Primary School Assistant<\/p>\n<p>under the first respondent Manager. The petitioner, due to certain severe<\/p>\n<p>gynecological disorders took leave for the period from 04\/09\/2007 to<\/p>\n<p>15\/10\/2007. It is the case of the petitioner that she had enclosed necessary<\/p>\n<p>certificates when leave application was submitted to the Headmaster. The<\/p>\n<p>same was returned for certain defects. Even though the petitioner duly<\/p>\n<p>complied with the directions of the Headmaster, it is pointed out that, no<\/p>\n<p>further action was taken in the matter.      Petitioner rejoined service on<\/p>\n<p>16\/10\/2007 but the leave sought for has not been sanctioned. Ext.P4 is the<\/p>\n<p>representation submitted by the petitioner to the Assistant Educational<\/p>\n<p>Officer seeking to take appropriate action. The learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner prayed that the said respondent may be directed to take a decision<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P4 within a time frame.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.    There will be a direction to the second respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Ext.P4 in accordance with law after hearing the<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C). No.6275\/2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                      -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioner and the first respondent, within a period of six weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.
