Though, fresh process of Rule is issued, respondent<br \/>\nnos. 1, 2 and 3 have remained unserved.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tLearned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor Mr. Raval requests that, as a last<br \/>\nchance, fresh process of Rule be issued with a permission to effect<br \/>\nthe service by affixing.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tThe<br \/>\nrequest is granted.
