                     IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                            Cr.Misc. No.13467 of 2010\n                                  ANJANI MISHRA\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n
3\/      16.09.2010               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n
                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Petitioner is husband of the deceased. Informant is her<\/p>\n
                     brother. Allegation is about killing by this petitioner which is denied<\/p>\n
                     by referring U.D. Case filed by the father that firing was accidental<\/p>\n
                     which is corroborated by him in statement under Section 161 Cr.<\/p>\n
                     P.C. followed by several other witnesses including landlord of the<\/p>\n
                     petitioner. Moreover, there is no allegation of any demand of dowry<\/p>\n
                     and father of the deceased was nearer to the informant who was<\/p>\n
                     informed and reached there also.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n
                     prayer of the petitioner is allowed.\n<\/p>\n
                                 In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n
                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n
                     connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 119 of 2008 above named<\/p>\n
                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n
                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n
                     the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhabua subject to the conditions as laid<\/p>\n
                     down under Section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
