Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                         counsel appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioners have filed this application for quashing<\/p>\n<p>                         the order of cognizance dated 17.03.2008 passed in Hajipur<\/p>\n<p>                         Town P.S. Case No. 391 of 2003. From perusal of the evidence<\/p>\n<p>                         the Court has come to the conclusion that a prima facie case has<\/p>\n<p>                         been made out against the petitioners under Section 420, 406,<\/p>\n<p>                         467, 468, 471\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and as such the Court<\/p>\n<p>                         below has taken cognizance in this matter.<\/p>\n<p>                                   All these aspect of the matter, this Court finds that<\/p>\n<p>                         there is no illegality in the order impugned.<\/p>\n<p>                                   This application is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.
