Heard      Shri     Purshottam     Kumar     Jha,<\/p>\n<p>                   learned    counsel       for    the    petitioner,      Shri<\/p>\n<p>                   Anil   Singh,      learned      counsel      appearing    on<\/p>\n<p>                   behalf of respondents 1 to 5 and Shri Vikas<\/p>\n<p>                   Kumar,     learned      A.C.    to     Advocate   General<\/p>\n<p>                   appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.6<\/p>\n<p>                   and 7.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The     petitioner,         who    retired     on<\/p>\n<p>                   31.10.2000       as    University       Professor,      Post<\/p>\n<p>                   Graduate,        Department       of     Commerce       from<\/p>\n<p>                   Tilkamanjhi           Bhagalpur        University,       has<\/p>\n<p>                   prayed for declaration that he is entitled<\/p>\n<p>                   to   get   his     pension      revised      in   view   of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Article 16 of the Pension Statute read with<\/p>\n<p>        the     State     Government           Resolution            No.820<\/p>\n<p>        dated 23.9.2009 and consequently to direct<\/p>\n<p>        the respondents to re-fix the pension.<\/p>\n<p>                   It was submitted by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>        for     the    petitioner        that        the     issue      has<\/p>\n<p>        already       been     settled     by        this       Court   in<\/p>\n<p>        C.W.J.C.        No.3616      of        2010        (Dr.Himanshu<\/p>\n<p>        Bhushan         Vs.         Tilkamanjhi                 Bhagalpur<\/p>\n<p>        University and others) and other connected<\/p>\n<p>        writ    petitions.         Learned      counsel          for    the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner       has     referred       to    Annexure-3         to<\/p>\n<p>        the    petition,         which    is    a     copy      of   order<\/p>\n<p>        dated 3.12.2010 passed in C.W.J.C.
