by the said Ningappa @    <\/p>\n
behalf and on behalf of his    a
\nregstered Mortgage
\nfor a sum of Rs. 1,Q_O0\/ —  fossession of
\nthe moltgage\ufb02    over to the
\nIxlortgageerw    the Mortgage
\nDeed Z is 15 years, which<\/p>\n
expired oh.  in the meanwhile, the<\/p>\n
 Vmortgager  Shankarappa died and the<\/p>\n
V.  heirs of the said mortgagor offered to<\/p>\n
  to the defendant and requested<\/p>\n
 V   z  the mortgage and re~deliver the<\/p>\n
  of the property. He refused to do so. In<\/p>\n
 a legal notioe issued in this regard, the<\/p>\n

and by Judgment dated 22.12.2001 demeed the <\/p>\n
