Bhatia Vs DDA\n\n                                                        Dated : 15.12.2009\n       This is in continuation of this Commission's decision dated\n16.1.2009. As the appellant did not receive the requisite information, he\nhas filed the present non-compliance complaint before the Commission.\nThe mater is called for hearing today dated 15.12.2009. Appellant is\nrepresented by Shri Jagjeet Singh. The DDA is represented by Shri S.S.\nParihar, Dy. Director (IL). Shri Jagjeet would submit that he has sent a\nnumber of letters to Dy. Director (IL) but these have remained\nunresponded so far. He fervently requests for suitable response from DDA\nin the matter in hand.\n\n2.      Shri Parihar would submit that the original file has since been traced\nand he will now send a suitable response to the appellant in respect of his\nletter dated 16.10.2007 in 04 weeks time.\n\n3.
