Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?\n2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?\n3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\nAjay Tewari, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>            This appeal has been filed against the concurrent judgments of<\/p>\n<p>the Courts below dismissing the suit of the appellants for injunction<\/p>\n<p>restraining the respondents from dispossessing them on the ground that<\/p>\n<p>they had inherited the land by virtue of will of Smt.Surta.<\/p>\n<p>            The following questions have been proposed:-<\/p>\n<p>            a)     Whether the judgments and decrees passed by the courts<\/p>\n<p>            below are tenable in law?\n<\/p>\n<p>            b)     Whether the findings recorded by the courts below are<\/p>\n<p>            perverse?\n<\/p>\n<p>            c)     Whether when the defendants           have categorically<\/p>\n<p>            admitted Smt.
