No     one     appeared         for    the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner       on       that    date.    However,        four<\/p>\n<p>                  weeks    time    was       allowed       to    the    learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the petitioner to remove the<\/p>\n<p>                  defects. Thereafter the matter was placed<\/p>\n<p>                  before         the        Registrar           General        on<\/p>\n<p>                  18.02.2011. On that date also defects were<\/p>\n<p>                  not     fully    removed          and,    therefore,        the<\/p>\n<p>                  matter has been referred to the Bench.<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned counsel for the petitioner-<\/p>\n<p>                  State of Bihar appears and prays for time<\/p>\n<p>                  to remove the defects.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Time    till       tomorrow      is    allowed      to<\/p>\n<p>                  remove    the    defects,          failing     which       this<\/p>\n<p>                  application      shall stand rejected without<\/p>\n<p>                  further reference to a Bench.<\/p>\n<p>                                        (J.
