Case     No.<\/p>\n<p>                   160\/2010, for the offences under Sections 392 and<\/p>\n<p>                   411 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of<\/p>\n<p>                   Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.<\/p>\n<p>                             In this case instituted against unknown,<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner&#8217;s name emerged appearing in extra judicial<\/p>\n<p>                   confession of one Rajesh Sharma. Petitioner, as<\/p>\n<p>                   stated, has clean antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                   a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                   the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                   Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
