Thakkar for the Applicants.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the grounds mentioned in the application, sufficient cause<br \/>\n\tis made out.  Further, it is also well accepted that the approach of<br \/>\n\tthe Court in considering such delay has to be pragmatic as laid down<br \/>\n\tin catena of judicial pronouncements. Therefore, considering the<br \/>\n\tgrounds mentioned, the present Civil Application deserves to be<br \/>\n\tallowed and accordingly stands allowed.  Delay of 29 days caused in<br \/>\n\tfiling the Appeal from Order (Stamp) No.23 of 2011 is condoned.<br \/>\n\tRule is made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tmain matter is ordered to be placed on board on 30.8.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Rajesh<br \/>\nH.
