No.4761 of 2011<br \/>\n                   RAKESH PANDIT, son of rameshwar Pandit, resident of village-<br \/>\n     Pathkhauliya, Beside Bagaha Jail, P.S- Bagaha Nagar, District- West Champaran<br \/>\n                                          Versus<br \/>\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR<\/p>\n<p>2.       28.02.2011              The petitioner is in custody since 9.7.2010 in relation<\/p>\n<p>                       to Chhatauni P.S.Case No. 7 of 2010, instituted under Section<\/p>\n<p>                       395,412 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The F.I.R is against unknown as per the order sheet of<\/p>\n<p>                       the Learned Sessions Judge. It is apparent that petitioner&#8217;s name<\/p>\n<p>                       subsequently surface on basis of alleged confessional statement<\/p>\n<p>                       of co-accused Rizwan alias Chand and this there is nothing to<\/p>\n<p>                       implicate the petitioner, no articles were recovered from the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner much less identified.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the aforesaid, let the above named<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                       10,000\/-( Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                       amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                       Motihari, East Champaran in Chhatauni P. S.
