Sakrel,<br \/>\nDistrict Kolkatta (West Bengal).<\/p>\n<p>                                                                         &#8230;&#8230;..Petitioner<br \/>\n                                        Versus<br \/>\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR<br \/>\n                                                                    &#8230;&#8230;..Opposite Party<\/p>\n<p> 02\/-     26-11-2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Additional<\/p>\n<p>                       Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is named accused in this case being owner of<\/p>\n<p>                       tanker from which about 150 quintals of molasses was recovered. The<\/p>\n<p>                       vehicle was on hire with Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd. Haldia, West<\/p>\n<p>                       Bengal and being driven by another person.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the<\/p>\n<p>                       event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four weeks<\/p>\n<p>                       of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioner, namely, Manjit Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                       is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                       10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                       to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West),<\/p>\n<p>                       Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S.
