SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 26\/10\/2010 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis very unfortunate that despite the recovery certificate issued long<br \/>\nback the amount is not recovered by the Mamlatdar and Alien Officer<br \/>\nand\/or Collector, Ahmedabad and only notices are issued under<br \/>\nSections 152 and 154 of the Bombay Land Revenue Code.  It is the<br \/>\nexperience of this Court that in so many matters, the<br \/>\nworkers\/labourers have to come before this Court only for the purpose<br \/>\nof appropriate direction directing the Mamlatdar and Alien Officer<br \/>\nand\/or Collector to recover the amount under the recovery certificate<br \/>\nand it is found that in most of the cases except issuing notice under<br \/>\nSections 152 and 154 of the Bombay Land Revenue Code no further steps<br \/>\nare taken at all.
