Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :19\/10\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n              ----------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.6482 of 2010\n             ------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 19th day of October, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.194 of 2010 of Pooyappally Police Station for offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable under Sections 324 &amp; 308 read with Section 34<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>investigation of the case is over and the Police have filed<\/p>\n<p>charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class-<\/p>\n<p>II, Kottarakkara.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   In case the petitioners surrender before the learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate and apply for regular bail they shall be released on<\/p>\n<p>bail on appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           V.
