S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>Inspite of Orders dated 22nd<br \/>\nNovember 2010, no affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State.<br \/>\nLearned counsel appearing for the Central Council of Indian Medicines<br \/>\nand the Central Council of Homeopathy submits that in terms of the<br \/>\ndecision of the Council, the respondents are bound to create such<br \/>\nnumber of Teaching &amp; Non-Teaching posts as required under the<br \/>\nprovisions made by the Central Council of Indian Medicines &amp; the<br \/>\nCentral Council of Homeopathy. In the circumstances, we direct the<br \/>\nrespondent-State to file affidavit in terms with the Orders dated<br \/>\n22nd<br \/>\nNovember 2010. Pendency of this case shall not stand in the way of<br \/>\nthe respondent-State to create and sanction additional aided Teaching<br \/>\n&amp; Non-Teaching posts in favour of the respective<br \/>\nColleges, as per the guidelines issued by the Central Council of<br \/>\nIndian Medicines and the Central Counsel of Homeopathy, New Delhi.\n<\/p>\n<p>    Let<br \/>\na copy of this order be handed over to the State counsel Mr. J.K.<br \/>\nShah.
