No. 1443 of 2011 has been filed stating therein that<br \/>\n     both the parties had compromised their cases due to intervention of<br \/>\n     their well wisher. Accordingly, the parties want that the criminal case<br \/>\n     pending in the court below i.e Dhansar P.S. Case No. 288 of 2009<br \/>\n     corresponding to G.R. No. 1132 of 2009 be quashed in terms of the<br \/>\n     compromise.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 Both the parties are present in this court physically and<br \/>\n     they admit that they have compromised their case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                 In view of the facts that both the parties had compromised<br \/>\n     their case, this I.A. No. 1443 of 2011 is allowed and the proceeding<br \/>\n     arising out of   Dhansar P.S. Case No. 288 of 2009 corresponding to<br \/>\n     G.R. No. 1132 of 2009 now pending in the court of Sri S.K.
